코로나-19 확산으로 인하여 2021학년도 2학기 오프라인 신입생 오리엔테이션 진행 대신 신입생 여러분들에게 필요한 안내사항을 다음과 같이 안내드립니다. 신입생 오리엔테이션 자료를 첨부하오니 반드시 정확하게 숙지하여 주시기 바랍니다.
This is the Office of International Affairs, Hanyang University.
Due to the widespread of COVID-19, the Office of International Affairs (OIA) is sending orientation materials via email instead of holding an offline orientation event. The orientation materials are attached below. Please read them thoroughly.

1. 신입생 오리엔테이션(Orientation for Freshmen/ 新生说明会) PPT
- 학생증, 휴/복학, 자가격리, 픽업, 범죄예방교육 등 포함
- student card, take a leave of absence and re-registration, quarantine, airport pick-up, crime prevention etc.
- 学生证， 休/复学， 居家隔离， 接机服务，犯罪预防 等

2. 신입생 오리엔테이션 책자(Orientation Book/新生说明会手册)
- 비자, 학사, 장학, 보험 등
- VISA, Academic Affairs, Scholarships, Insurance etc.
- 外国人滞留事项，学事介绍，奖学金，保险， 等信息

3. 유학생 보험 안내 자료(Insurance Guideline/留学生保险指南)
- 매 학기 의무가입하는 유학생 보험 관련 내용(보장 내역, 보험회사 연락처 등)
- International students must be insured each semester. Please see the attached file for more information (coverage, contact information for insurance companies, and so on)
- 包括每个学期义务加入的留学生保险有关内容（保障内容，联系方式等）
