2차 신청 기한 이후에는 어떠한 사유로도 추가 신청이 절대 불가하며 기한 내 신청 못할 시 2022-2학기 입국이 불가하오니 유의하여 주시기 바랍니다.

 

코로나-19로 미입국하였거나, 재입국 허가 기간 도과로 새로운 비자발급이 필요한 재학생만 신청 가능하오니 참고 부탁드립니다.

은행잔고증명서는 원본 제출이 원칙이므로 입국 후 30일 이내 학번+”재학생”을 표기하여 국제관 218호로 제줄해주시기 바랍니다. 미제출 시 추후 출입국 업무에 불이익이 있습니다. (학번을 제대로 기재하지 않아 서류가 분실될 경우 학교는 책임지지 않습니다.) - 금액 기준: 20,000 USD/ 140,000 RMB / 24,000,000 KRW - 본인 명의 잔고증명서 (부모 명의 은행잔고증명서의 경우 가족관계증명서 제출) - 중국외 국가 은행 발행 잔고증명서 아래 2가지 조건 중 1가지 충족    ① 복학 신청일 기준 30일전부터 복학 신청일 당일까지 발급    ② 유효기간이 표기되어 있는 경우, 복학 신청일 6개월전부터 신청일 당일까지 발급한 유효한 증명서 - 중국소재은행 발행 잔고증명서는 아래 2가지 조건을 모두 충족    ① 복학 신청일 기준 30일전부터 복학 신청일 당일까지 발급    ② 복학 신청일 기준 동결 기간이 30일 이상 남아 있어야 함 - 영어 이외의 외국어로 되어 있을 경우 번역자 확인서(첨부파일 1) 및 번역문(공증 불요) 제출

 

표준입학허가서는 8월 1주차부터 발급 예정이며 근무일 기준 최소 10일이 소요됩니다. 발급 일정은 신청 상황에 따라 지연될 수 있으며, 신속한 발급을 위해 발급 일정에 관한 문의에는 답변이 어려울 수 있습니다.

Notice on Second Round 2022 Fall CoA and HYU Business Registration Certificate Application for Seoul Campus Enrolled International Degree Students

Additional applications will not be accepted for any reason after the second round application period, and failure to apply on time will restrict your entry to Korea for the fall of 2022.

 

Please note that only those who were unable to enter Korea due to Covid-19 or who require a new visa due to the expiration of the re-entry permit period are eligible to apply.

[Eligibility]

2022 fall Seoul Campus degree course enrolled student/course completed student

* Before applying for a CoA, you must complete the Korea Laws Education at https://bit.ly/3txVnBY

* Those who are newly admitted for the 2022 fall or who are currently on a leave of absence are ineligible.

* CoA application for those who took a leave of absence and plan to return in the 2022 fall will be announced later.

* Note on the certificate of bank balance

Original bank certificate with Student ID Number + “Enrolled” written must be submitted to the International Building #218 within 30 days upon arrival in Korea. If not submitted, there will be penalties on future visa applications. (The school will not be held liable for any document loss caused by a student's failure to write their student ID on the document.) - Required Amount: 20,000 USD/ 140,000 RMB / 24,000,000 KRW - Under the student’s name (if it is under the parent's name, must submit family relation certificate) - Issued in countries other than China (satisfy one from below)    ① Issued within 30 days from the re-registration application date    ② If validity period is specified, a valid certificate issued within 6 months of the re-registration application date - Bank certificate issued by a bank in China (must satisfy both)    ① Issued within 30 days from the re-registration application date    ② The deposit freezing period must be at least 30 days from the re-registration application date - If the documents are not in English, include a translator's confirmation (attachment 1) and a translation (notarization not required)

 

CoA will be issued in the first week of August and will take at least 10 working days. The issuance regimen may be delayed based on the application status, making it difficult to answer all questions about the issuance schedule.

2022-2学期预计入境的在校留学生标准入学许可书第2次申请相关通知（首尔校区）

第2次申请期限以后，不得以任何理由进行追加申请。未在申请期限内申请的学生，将无法在2022年第2学期入境韩国。

 

注意，仅限因疫情未入境或因再入境许可期限过期而需要发放新签证的在校生才能申请。

*银行存款证明办理相关事项

银行存款证明原则上需提交原件，请在入境后30天内写上学号+"재학생"后提交至国际馆218号。 未提交时，对后续办理出入境业务时会有不利影响。 (因未正确填写学号而丢失文件时，学校不负责)。 - 存款金额: 20,000 USD/ 140,000 RMB / 24,000,000 KRW - 本人名义发行的银行存款证明书原件(如果是提交以父母名义发行的银行存款证明书的情况，请与亲属关系证明书整合为一个文件后提交) - 中国以外的国家发行的存款证明：满足下面两件之一即可    ① 复学申请日前30天到申请日当天发行    ② 若存款证明上标有有效期间，申请日前六个月到申请日当天发行并且有效 - 中国所在银行发行的存款证明书：需要同时满足下面的两个条件    ① 复学申请日前30天到申请日当天发行    ② 复学申请日为基准冻结日剩余30天以上 - 存款证明书英文以外语言时，需要提交翻译者确认书（参考公告中的附件）以及翻译件（不需要公证）

 

标准入学许可书将从8月第一周开始发放，以工作日为准至少需要10天。 根据全体学生申请情况，受理时间可能会有所延迟。为了尽快处理材料，我们无法给予有关发放日程的准确答辩，敬请谅解。
