[한양대(서울)] 코로나19 PCR 검사 이용 안내

우리 학교는 9월 6일(월)부터 미래교육관(간호학부) 앞에서 코로나 예방을 위해 전체 구성원들을 대상으로 PCR 검사를 무료로 실시하며 우리대학 앱에서 사전예약을 받고 있습니다. 교내 PCR 검사 결과는 방역당국으로부터 선별진료소와 동일한 절차로 진행하되 교내에 위치에 접근성이 좋고 당일 오전 검사 시 오후 6시까지 결과를 빠르게 통보 받으며 검사결과 정확도가 거의 100% 등 여러 장점이 있으니 많은 이용 부탁드립니다.  특히 대학원 연구실 등 다수가 밀집한 공간에서 장시간 해당 공간을 공유하는 구성원들은 번갈아서 한달에 한번 주기적으로 검사 받기를 권고합니다.

1. 운영안내
  - 운영기간 : 2021년 9월 6일(월) ~ 11월 30일(화) 9시~12시, 13시~15시 하루 총 5시간(휴일제외)
  - 운영장소 : 미래교육관(간호학부) 건물 앞 검체채취소 운영(PCR검사소 위치 파일 참조), 대학병원 안심선별진료소와 구별하여 교내구성원만 이용가능 하도록 동선 분리        

2. 검사방법 및 예약(결과) 안내사항
  - 사전예약제 :  한양대학교 앱에서 사전 예약 후 검사실시
  - 예약시간 :  9시~12시, 13~15시까지 5시간, 20분 단위로 최대 15명까지 사전 예약제 실시
  - 앱 이용안내 매뉴얼 :  한양대학교 앱을 통한 사전예약
  - 예약 가능 대상 : 재학생(재직자) 가능, 의무검사자로 등록 시 휴학생 또는 졸업생 가능
  - 검사기관 : 씨젠
  - 검사결과 통보 : 오전 검사 시 당일 18시까지, 오후 검사 시 다음날 10시까지 통보

[Hanyang University (Seoul Campus)] Covid-19 PCR Test Center Information

In order to prevent the spread of Covid-19, Hanyang University is now providing free Covid-19 PCR test for all our students, faculty and staffs in front of the Hanyang Nursing Leaders’ Hall (미래교육관) since September 6^th (Monday). Reservations can be made in the university’s app.

The on-campus PCR test results are carried out by using the same procedure as the Central Disaster Management Headquarters and other screening centers. As it is located inside our campus, it is easily accessible and if one had the test before 12pm, the result will be notified by 6pm on the same day. There are a lot of advantages such as the accuracy of the result is almost 100%, we kindly asked our fellow members to get a test when needed.

In Particular, we recommend members in graduate school research labs and others who are working in a crowded workspace for a long time to take turns for a regular test once a month.

1. Operation Information
  - Operating hours: 2021.9.6 (Monday) ~ 11.30(Tuesday), 9am~12pm, 1pm~3pm, total of 5 hours a day (exclude holidays)
  - Location: The screening center is in front of the Hanyang Nursing Leaders’ Hall (Please refer to attached file for the location of the PCR screening center). It is separated from the Hanyang University Medical Center’s screening center, so only members of our university may visit this on-campus screening center.

2. Testing Procedure and Making a Reservation (Result)

- Advance Reservation System: Reservation must be made through the Hanyang University’s app before getting the test.

- Available time slot for the reservation: 9am~12pm, 1pm~3pm, a total of 5 hours a day. Advance Reservation for every 20 minutes is available for up to 15 people.

- Manual of the app: Reservation must be made through the Hanyang University’s app

- Requirement to make a reservation: Registered students(staffs), students who are taking leave of absence or graduated may make a reservation if one is subject to compulsory testing.

- Institution that conduct the test:  Seegene (씨젠)

- Test Result Notification: 6pm on the same day for those who had the test before 12pm, next day at 10am for those who had the test after 12pm.

[汉阳大学(首尔校区)] 新型冠状病毒 PCR 检查指南

为预防新冠病毒，我校从9月6日(周一)开始，在未来教育馆(护理学部)前，以全体师生为对象进行免费PCR检查，并在我校APP上接受事前预约。校内PCR检查与防疫局筛选诊所的检查程序相同，筛查所位于校内，可以高效方便地接受PCR检查，若在上午检查可在当日18点前收到结果通知，检查结果准确度几乎达到100%，敬请使用。建议在大学院研究室等人员密集的场所长时间共享空间的师生轮流接受每月一次的定期检查。

1.运营指南

- 运营时间:2021年9月6日（周一）~11月30日（周二）9点~12点，13点~15点，一天共5小时（休息日除外）

- 运营场所:未来教育馆（护理学部）建筑物前检体采集所（参考附件中的PCR筛查所地点），此筛查所与大学医院安心筛选诊疗的检查路线不同，仅限校内师生使用。

2.检查方法及预约（结果）通知事项

- 事前预约制:在汉阳大学app上预约后进行检查
- 预约时间:9点~12点，13~15点(共5小时)，以20分钟为单位，最多开放15名预约名额
- app使用指南:通过汉阳大学应用程序进行事前预约

- 可预约对象:在校生（在职人员），被登记成义务检查者的休学生或毕业生
- 检查机关:씨젠
- 检查结果通报:上午检查时通报结果为当日18时，下午检查时结果通报至次日10 时。
