We’ve prepared a small and supportive gathering called Adapting & Thriving Together - a space to reflect on your journey, connect with others, and take care of your well-being while living in a different culture.

Through this four-time group, you can:👣 Reflect on your experience of adapting to life in Korea
👣 Share your challenges and small wins with fellow international students
👣 Learn new ways to cope, communicate, and grow - gently and together
👣 Discover your strengths and leave with a sense of clarity and hope

This is not a therapy group, but a small, confidential space led in English by a university counselor. No prior experience with counseling or group programs is needed - just bring yourself. 😊 - Participants : 8 international undergraduate or graduate students (First come, first served)

Date & Time : Thursdays, 3:00–4:30 PM (July 10, 17, 24, 31; full participation in all 4 sessions is required)
