[유럽아프리카연구소(IEAS) 장학 제도 안내]

한양대학교 유럽아프리카연구소(http://africa.hanyang.ac.kr/)에서는 정치외교학과에 재학 중인 외국인 대학원생을 대상으로

아래와 같이 장학 제도를 운영하고 있습니다.

가. 장학내용 : 한양대학교 대학원 장학생 기준에 준해 지급

나. 선발인원 : 학기당 1 명

다. 장학금 지급목적 : 유럽아프리카연구소의 학술연구 방향과 부합하는 연구를 수행하고자 하는 저발전국 출신유학생 또는

다문화 가정 학생 지원, 후학양성

라. 선발기준

  - 우선선발 : 정치외교학과 대학원 신입생 중 저발전국 유학생

  - 우선 선발 대상자 미달 시 신입생 중 다문화 가정 학생을 다음으로 선발

마. 신청방법 : 매 학기 신청 시기에 이메일로 서류 송부

바. 안내사항

최종선발 후 매학기 일정한 평가를 거쳐 지원기준(학업 성적 등)에 부합하는 경우 가능한 범위 내에서 졸업 시까지 지원

장학 수혜자는 다음의 조건을 충족해야 함

  1) 기부자에 대한 감사카드 작성

  2) 졸업 전 최종활동보고서 작성

IEAS Research Scholarship

The Institute of Euro-African Studies (IEAS) (http://africa.hanyang.ac.kr/) is offering foreign graduate students enrolled in the Department of Political Science and International Studies an opportunity to apply for the IEAS fellowship program. Please kindly refer to the details below:

[Selection criteria]

• - Only enrolled freshman of post graduate students in the Department of Political Science and International Studies at Hanyang University are eligible to apply for this scholarship
• - Scholarship is awarded to 1 (one) student each semester
• - Although the opportunity is open to all postgraduate students, the IEAS Scholarship was developed to encourage enrolled students from either least developed countries (LDCs) or less economically developed countries.
• - Second priority shall be given to the students from multicultural families in South Korea.
• - Students whose research areas are related to the studies that IEAS conducts will be also given an advantage

[Requirements]

- Scholarship recipients must achieve a certain level of academic score each semester in order to retain their scholarship.

- Scholarship recipients must write: (1) a letter of appreciation to the donors; and, (2) a final activity report before graduation.

Application method: Applicants shall submit their documents every semester.
