국제처 소속 공식 국제학생단체인 글로벌사랑한대에서 능동적이고 창조적인 활동을 통해 한양의 국제적인 이미지를 알리고자 하는 학생들을 모집하고 있습니다.

외국 학생들과 교류하며 글로벌 역량을 쌓고, 한국의 문화를 알리며 즐거운 추억을 만들고 싶은 학생들의 많은 관심 부탁드립니다.

 

 

● 모집대상

① 기획/홍보에 관심이 있는 서울캠퍼스 학부 재학생 (한국인, 외국인 학부생 모두 지원 가능)

* 활동기간이 1년이므로 남은 재학기간이 1년 미만이거나 중간에 활동이 불가능한 자, 학업연장자는 지원 불가

② 포토샵, 일러스트, 캔바 등 툴을 활용 가능자

③ 영어, 중국어, 일본어 능통자 우대

④ 창의적인 아이디어를 통해 한양대학교 유학생을 대상으로 행사를 기획하는 것에 관심이 있는 학생

⑤ 한양대학교에 대한 자부심을 가지고 외국 국적 학생들과 교류하며 소통하고 싶은 학생

 

● 모집기간

2025년 05월 23일(금) ~ 31일(토) 23:59 까지

 

● 활동내용

- 외국인 유학생 대상 문화행사 기획 및 진행 (국제팀 OT, 스승의 날, 한국 명절 행사 등)

- 국제처 관련 게시물 제작

- 국제처 온라인 SNS 관리

- 문서 번역 및 기타 국제팀 홍보 업무 보조

 

● 활동혜택 (수료시)

- 한양대학교 총장 명의 수료증

- 유니폼(단복) 및 명찰 지급

- 글로벌사랑한대 활동 장학금 지급 (학기별 180만원)

* 단, 활동 시간 및 기여도 평가를 통해 활동 우수자를 선발하여 최대 210만원까지 지급

 

● 선발절차

1차 - 서류심사 / 2차 - 면접 / 최종 선발 인원 10~15명

- 서류 접수: 2025.05.23(금) ~ 05.31(토)

- 1차 합격자 대상 2차 면접: 6월 중 예정

  (서류 합격자 대상 개별 연락 예정)

- 합격자 발표: 6월 말

- 전체 오리엔테이션: 8월 중순

- 활동 기간 : 2025. 08 ~ 2026. 08 (총 2학기, 방학기간 포함)

Eligibility:

1. ①Current undergraduate students at Seoul Campus (Korean or international students) with an interest in planning and promotion

   • * Since the activity period is one year, students with less than one year remaining until graduation, those unable to participate during the period, or students with extended academic periods are not eligible to apply.

2. ② Proficient in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.

3. ③ Preferred: Proficiency in English, Chinese, or Japanese

4. ④Interested in planning events for international students at Hanyang University through creative ideas

5. ⑤ Eager to engage and communicate with international students while representing Hanyang University

Activities

• - Plan and organize cultural events for international students (e.g., International Team Orientation, Teacher’s Day, Korean holiday events)

• - Create posts for the International Affairs Department

• - Manage the International Affairs Department’s social media accounts

• - Assist with document translation and other promotional tasks for the International Affairs Team

Benefits (Upon Completion)

• - Certificate of Completion signed by the President of Hanyang University

• - Uniform and name tag provided

• - Global Love Hanyang Activity Scholarship (KRW 1,800,000 per semester)

  •    * Based on performance, up to KRW 2,100,000 may be awarded

• Final Selection: 10-15 participants
