[2026학년도 1학기 삼성 글로벌 희망장학생 모집안내]

 

1. 지원자격 : 한양대학교 서울캠퍼스 외국인 "재학생" 중 아래에 해당하는 자

 

 - 국적이 DAC List of ODA Recipients*에 있는 개발도상국 출신 외국인 유학생 (첨부 파일 확인)

 - 가정 경제 상황이 어려운 자

 - 한국에서 학업을 마친 후, 본국으로 돌아가 고국에 기여할 의지가 있는 학생

 - 차세대 글로벌 리더로서의 자질과 성장 가능성을 가진 학생

 - 재단에서 진행하는 각종 교육에 적극적으로 참여할 학생

 - 학업수행능력(언어, 성적)이 우수한 자 (※ 필수요건)

  1) TOPIK(한국어능력시험) 2급 이상인 학생

  2) GPA 평균평점 3.0(4.5 만점) 이상인 학생

 - 정부초청장학생(GKS)과 같이 등록금 및 생활비 100%를 지원받는 학생은 지원 불가

 - 대학원생 우대

 - 잔여 수학기간 한국에서 수업/연구를 수행할 학생

 

※ DAC 수원국 명단에 있는 개발도상국 출신자라도 한인교포는 제외함
※ 한국에서 초, 중, 고등학교 과정을 1학기 이상 이수한 자는 제외함

※ 재단 장학생의 구성이 특정 국가에 집중되지 않고, 다양성을 확보하기 위하여 각 학교의 국가별 장학생 수를 최대 2명으로 제한함

 

2. 최종선발인원: 3명 예정 (심사 결과, 적격자가 없는 경우 선발하지 않을 수도 있음)

 

3. 선발일정

 

 - 신청서 제출 기한: 2025.12.29(월) 16:00 까지

 - 한양대학교 서류 심사: ~ 2026.01.09(금)

 - 삼성 꿈 장학재단 1차 서류 심사 결과 발표: 2026.02.02(월) / 재단에서 개별 통보 예정

 - 삼성 꿈 장학재단 2차 면담 심사: 2026.02.23(월) ~ 2026.02.25(수) / 재단 사무국에서 대면으로 진행 (서류심사 통과자에 한해 진행)

 - 최종 결과 발표: 2026.03.03(화) 예정

 - 장학금 지급: 2026.03월 말 예정

 

4. 신청방법

 

 - 제출 기한: 2025.12.29(월) 16:00 까지 (반드시 기한 엄수, 추가 기회 절대 없음)

 - 제출 방법: 국제입학팀(국제관 218호) 방문 제출 (삼성 꿈 장학재단으로 제출 불가)

5. 장학혜택

 

 1) 학부생

  - 한양대학교에서 등록금 전액 지원

  - 삼성 꿈 장학재단에서 학습보조비 (4,800,000원/학기) 지원

 2) 대학원생

  - 삼성 꿈 장학재단에서 학습보조비 (4,800,000원/학기) 지원

 

6. 지원기간

 

 - 학사과정: 최대 8학기

 - 석사과정: 최대 4학기

 - 박사과정: 최대 6학기

 ※ 초과학기는 지원하지 않음

 

[Samsung Global Hope Scholarship for 2026 Spring Semester]

 

1. Qualifications for applying

 

 - International Students "who are currently enrolled" in Hanyang University, Seoul Campus

 - International Students from Countries in DAC List of ODA Recipients (Please see attached)

 - Those in financial difficulty and who intend to contribute their home country after studying in Korea

 - Those who have the attribute and potential to become the next generation global leader

 - Those who intend to participate in the foundation's program actively

 - Those who have excellent academic ability (Language, Grades) (※ Essential Requirement)

  1) TOPIK Level 2 or above required

  2) Average GPA must be 3.0 or higher (out of 4.5)

 - Those who receive a full scholarship including the living cost(ex: GKS) cannot apply

 - Graduate School student preferred

 - Those who plan to remain in Korea for their remaining study/research period

 

※ Overseas Korean cannot apply even if they are from the DAC List

※ Excluding those who have completed at least one semester of elementary, middle, high school in Korea

※ To encourage diversity, there is a limitation of 2 scholars per country

 

2. Number of Students to be selected : 3 students from Hanyang University (If there are no qualifed candidates as a result of the screening, no selection may be made)

 

3. Selection Process

 

 - Document Submission: ~ Dec 29, 2025 (Mon) 16:00 p.m

 - HYU Evaluation: ~ Jan 9, 2026 (Fri)

 - Document assessment result announcement by foundation: Feb 2, 2026 (Mon)

 - Interview by foundation: Feb 23(Mon) ~ Feb 25(Wed) , 2026 (Face-to-face interview at the foundation office : limited to those who pass the document assessment)

 - Final selection result announcement: Mar 3, 2026 (Tue)

 - Payment of scholarship grants: Late March, 2026

 

4. How to Apply

 

 - Deadline: Dec 29, 2025(Mon) 16:00 p.m (Deadlines must be met, and there are absolutely no chances for additional submission)

 - Please submit the required documents to International Office(#218, International Building) (DO NOT SUBMIT TO SDSF)

5. Scholarship

 

 1) Undergraduate Course

  - Hanyang University covers a full amount of tuition fee

  - Samsung Dream Scholarship Foundation(SDSF) provides KRW 4,800,000 per semester for academic support scholarships

 

 2) Graduate Course

  - Samsung Dream Scholarship Foundation(SDSF) provides KRW 4,800,000 per semester for academic support scholarships

 

6. Support Period

 

 - Undergraduate: Maximum 8 academic semesters

 - Master course: Maximum 4 academic semesters

 - Doctoral course: Maximum 6 academic semesters

 ※ Extra semesters are not supported
