💗이 검사는 전 세계적으로 널리 사용되는 심리검사(PHQ-9)로, 최근 2주 동안의 마음건강을 스스로 체크해볼 수 있어요.
💗각 문항의 점수를 더해보면, 지금 나의 마음건강 상태를 간단히 확인할 수 있어요.
💗검사 결과는 철저히 비공개로 보호되며, 학교와는 공유되지 않아요. 결과는 상담전문가만 확인할 수 있고, 추가적인 도움이 필요해보이는 경우에만 이메일로 연락드릴 수 있어요.
💗검사는 자유롭게 참여하실 수 있으니, 부담 없이 편한 마음으로 해보세요.

Hello international students at Hanyang University!
A new semester has just begun - how are you adjusting so far?
If you’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed lately or would like to check in on your mental health, you’re welcome to take a short Psychological Health Test.

💗This is a globally recognized psychological test (PHQ-9) that helps you check in on your mental health over the past two weeks.
💗By adding up your scores, you can get a simple overview of your current mental health status.
💗Your results are strictly confidential and will not be shared with the university. Only a counseling professional will review them, and you may be contacted by email only if additional support seems necessary.
💗Participation is completely voluntary, so please feel free to take the test if you’re comfortable.

🍀Eligibility: International undergraduate & graduate students at Seoul campus
🍀Period: Throughout March
🍀Language: Korean, English, Chinese
🍀Time required: About 1-2 minutes
