2026년 10월 31일(토) 할로윈을 전후하여 이태원, 홍대, 성수 등 서울 시내 주요 지역에 많은 인파가 집중될 것으로 예상됩니다.
이에 외국인 유학생 여러분께서는 인파가 몰리는 군중 밀집 지역 방문을 가급적 자제하여 주시고, 안전사고 예방을 위해 각별히 유의하여 주시기 바랍니다.

 

[안전 유의사항]
1. 이태원, 홍대, 성수 등 인파가 집중될 것으로 예상되는 지역 방문 자제
2. 좁은 골목길, 계단, 출입구 등 군중 밀집 시 사고 위험이 높은 장소 접근 자제
3. 주변에 인파가 급격히 증가하거나 이동이 어려워질 경우 신속히 안전한 장소로 이동
4. 현장 경찰 및 안전관리요원의 안내와 통제에 적극 협조
5. 긴급상황 발생 시 경찰(112) 또는 소방·구급(119)에 즉시 신고

Large crowds are expected in popular areas of Seoul, including Itaewon, Hongdae, and Seongsu, during the Halloween period, particularly on Saturday, October 31, 2026.
For your safety, we strongly advise all international students to avoid visiting crowded areas whenever possible and take extra precautions to prevent accidents.

 

[Safety Precautions]
1. Avoid visiting areas expected to attract large crowds, such as Itaewon, Hongdae, and Seongsu.
2. Stay away from narrow alleys, stairways, entrances, and other locations where overcrowding may pose safety risks.
3. If crowds suddenly increase or movement becomes difficult, move from the congested area as soon as it is safe to do so.
4. Follow the instructions and safety measures provided by police officers and on-site safety personnel.
5. In case of an emergency, immediately contact the police (112) or fire and ambulance services (119).

 

We kindly ask all students to remain vigilant and take necessary precautions to prevent safety accidents.

1. 尽量避免前往梨泰院、弘大、圣水洞等预计人流密集的地区。
2. 避免进入狭窄巷道、楼梯、出入口等人员聚集时容易发生安全事故的场所。
3. 如发现周围人流突然增多或行动受阻，请在确保自身安全的情况下尽快转移至安全区域。
4. 积极配合现场警察及安全管理人员的指引和管制措施。
5. 如遇紧急情况，请立即拨打报警电话（112）或消防及急救电话（119）。

 

请各位同学提高警惕，注意自身安全，避免发生安全事故。
