한국어 음성녹음을 위한 외국인 참여자
세종대학교 “외국인의 한국어 발화 음성데이터 구축” 연구팀(연구책임자: 국제학부 영어영문학전공 김수연 교수)은 인공지능 학습용 데이터 구축을 위한 외국인 음성 녹음 참여자를 모집합니다.
□ 사업 내용:
- 본 사업은 한국어를 모국어로 하지 않는 외국인 화자의 한국어 발화를 녹음하여 음성 데이터화하는 프로젝트입니다.
- 프로젝트에서 구축된 음성 데이터는 향후 인공지능의 외국인 음성 인식률을 높여 응급전화 시스템 등 외국인을 위한 음성 지원 서비스에 사용될 예정입니다.
- 프로젝트는 대한민국의 과학기술정보통신부와 한국지능정보사회진흥원이 추진하는 “디지털 뉴딜” 사업의 일환인 “2021 인공지능 학습용 데이터 구축 사업”의 선정 과제로 진행됩니다.
□ 대상: 대한민국에 거주하는 외국인으로서 한국어 가능한 분 누구나
□ 사례: 녹음파일 시간 기준, 1시간 당 4만원 상당의 사례가 지급될 예정입니다. (최대 5시간 까지 참여하실 수 있습니다.)
□ 참여 형태:
- 녹음 시기: 녹음은 2021년 7~8월에 진행될 예정입니다.
- 녹음 내용: 한국 생활 및 한국 문화에 대한 다양한 주제의 텍스트를 읽거나 질문에 대답하는 형태로 녹음이 진행됩니다. 스크립트는 녹음 시 제공될 예정입니다.
- 녹음 방법: 휴대폰 앱을 사용하여 참여자 스스로 녹음하여 파일로 제출하는 방법으로 참여 가능합니다. (단 참여자가 원하는 경우, 연구팀에 직접 방문하여 녹음을 진행할 수 있습니다.)

Recruitment of Foreign Participants for Audio Recordings of Korean Speech
Sejong University's Research Team for “Collection of Foreign Speakers’ Voice Data of Korean for AI Learning” (PI: Prof. Soo-Yeon Kim) is recruiting foreign participants for audio recordings of Korean speech.
□ What this Project is about:
- This project is to record Korean pronunciation of foreigners whose native language is not Korean.
- recordings collected from this project will be used as learning data to train artificial intelligence (AI) to improve AI’s voice recognition rate of foreign speakers’ speech of Korean, so that their speech can be understood better on various voice support services such as emergency calls.
- project was selected as part of the “2021 Data Collection for Artificial Intelligence Learning” of the Digital New Deal Initiative supervised by Korean Ministry of Science and ICT and National Information Society Agency.
□ Eligible Participants: Any foreign non-native speakers of Korean living in Korea
□ Compensation: ￦40,000 per hour (※hours are based on length of completed audio recording file, not on length of recording time) (You can participate in this project up to 5 times (5-hour recording))
□ How to Participate:
- Recording Dates: Recordings will take place in July and August, 2021.
- Recording Material: Recordings are carried out in the form of reading Korean texts or answering questions in Korean on various topics on life in Korea and Korean culture. Scripts will be provided before the recording.
- Recording Method: Participants can record their speech by themselves by using a phone application and submit the files. (Alternatively, participants may contact and visit the project team to record in person.)

招募可以用韩语进行录音的外国人（非韩国籍）
大家好！
我们是韩国世宗大学“构建外国人韩语发音数据库”项目研究组（项目负责人：国际学部英语英语专业 金修延教授），为了构建人工智能学习专用的数据库，想要募集可以用韩语进行录音的外国人，特此公告，希望大家的踊跃参与。
详情如下
□项目内容：
-本项目以母语非韩语的外国人为对象，将其的韩语发音以音频方式进行录音，从而实现音频数据化。
-本项目构建的音频数据，将用于提高未来人工智能部分的外国人语音识别率，以及应用于类似应急电话系统等各类外国人语音支援服务当中去。
-本项目是“2021人工智能学习专用数据构建项目”的立项课题，而“2021人工智能学习专用数据构建项目” 是韩国科学技术情报通信部和韩国智能信息社会振兴院一同推进的‘数字新政’中的重要组成部分。
□募集对象：目前在韩国境内，并且能够使用韩语的外国人
□酬谢方式：以录音音频时间为基准，按 四万韩元/时 进行支付 ( 最多可参与5个小时 )
□参与形式：
-录音时间：预计在2021年7月-8月期间进行
-录音内容：韩国生活以及关于韩国文化的多种主题的文本朗读，或者是以问答的方式进行（提供脚本）
-录音方式：利用手机的录音app自主录音，以文件的形式提交即可。（若，参与者自愿的情况下，也可直接访问项目研究室进行录音。）
